Marketing Website Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Healthlytics Canada Inc. collects and uses personal information through the public PTLytics marketing website. It does not govern the PTLytics clinical product, patient records, or services provided to registered product users.

Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us, we collect the information you submit, including your name, email address, mobile number, country code, enquiry reason, and message. Please do not submit patient information, medical information, or other sensitive health information through these forms.

We also receive limited technical and security information needed to operate and protect the website, such as request metadata, anti-abuse signals, and reCAPTCHA results. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the website, including pages visited, device and browser information, and approximate location derived from network information.

How we use information

We use personal information to manage the waitlist, respond to enquiries, send submission confirmations, measure website performance with your consent, prevent abuse, maintain security, and comply with applicable law. We do not use marketing-form information to create clinical records.

Service providers and international processing

We use service providers that support website hosting, security, email delivery, and consent-based analytics, including Google Cloud, Google reCAPTCHA, Google Analytics, and Mailgun. These providers process information on our instructions and may process it outside your province or country, including in Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United States, or other locations where they operate. Information processed in another country may be subject to that country's laws.

Retention

Waitlist and contact-form records are retained for up to one year after submission and are then scheduled for deletion, unless we must keep information longer to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or protect the website. Operational backups and provider logs may be deleted on their own limited schedules.

Your choices and rights

You can decline optional analytics or change your analytics choice through the website consent controls. Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or raise a concern about our handling of personal information. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No internet service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Children

This marketing website is intended for clinic professionals, business contacts, and other adults. It is not directed to children, and the forms should not be used to submit information about a child or patient.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the marketing website and our practices evolve. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
